What's our cancellation policy?
We don't offer refunds for any reason, but we can change your reservation time without an extra charge up to 72 hrs before your picnic.
Can we leave the picnic whenever we desire?
If you would like to leave the picnic before the arranged time, please provide us with a minimum of 30 minute notice via phone call or text. Please note you are responsible for the picnic items until we can return and pack up.
Is the alcohol included?
No, we do not serve alcoholic beverages and are not responsible for those who bring those items to the picnic.
What if there's bad weather?
We understand the weather can be unpredictable. If bad weather is expected, we can happily reschedule your picnic within 3 months of the original date.
We hold the right to cancel and ask you to reschedule your picnic based on our future availability if bad weather, such as lightning, thunder, strong winds and/or rain is expected, for your safety and ours.
How much notice do you need to book a picnic?
All picnics should be booked at least 7 business days in advance, however we can usually accommodate shorter notice if there is availability.
Is there an option to extend the time?
Yes! There is an additional charge of $75 for each additional hour.
How many people can you accommodate?
We can accommodate a total of 20 guests. Please note all of our packages are priced for 2 people. Additional guests are $30 per guest.
How many people does one table accommodate?
One table can accommodate up to 6 guests. Seven or more guest will require extra table/s. Fee for additional pallet tables apply.
Can I request a specific spot in the park?
We cannot guarantee specific spots in public locations but we will do our best to find you the perfect spot.
Is food included?
Food is not included with any of our packages. We offer charcuterie boards, fruit platters and other sweet treats as add-ons or you're more than welcome to bring your own.
What areas you service?
We serve West Asheville, NC
